We sometimes make mistakes when producing our products - we are only human! 
 
We have a number of unused items in our clearance sale with slight imperfections. All products are unused and the quality of the wax melt/ diffuser are just the same as the original.
 
Imperfections include: overfilling of a clam shell, cracked clam shell case, old packaging, unwanted returns.
