Our 100ml diffusers will last anywhere between one and three months. A number of factors can affect the life span of a diffuser:

• Humidity
• Air Conditioning
• Size of the room
• Closed/ open doors
• Heating
• Number of reeds used
• Rotation of the reeds

As long as you take good care of your reed diffuser, the longer it will last. You can keep your favourite scent topped up with our refill bottles of fragrance

1. Gently unscrew the gold cap and remove the stopper from the glass vessel - screw the gold cap back on to the vessel.
 
2. Carefully place the reeds inside the vessel. All of our diffusers use fibre reeds which are naturally porous, allowing for the gradual absorption of the liquid moving up the reeds.
 
3. To get the most out of the reeds, we advise flipping them at least once a week. This speeds up the saturation rate and gives the scent diffusion a nice boost ( it will also stop dust settling on the reeds which will slow down the saturation rate)

4. You can choose how strong/ subtle you would like the scent in your chosen space. Simply reduce the number of reeds used for a more subtle scent or to use the diffuser in a smaller space. We will include enough reeds for you if you like a strong fragrance throw like us!

1. Larger rooms may require all the reeds to be used, or more than one diffuser depending on preferred strength.
 
2. Smaller rooms may not need as many reeds in one vessel. Add 2-3 reeds to start and increase as you deem necessary
 
3. The temperature of a room is very important as higher temperatures speed up diffusion. While the strength of the scent will increase, the life of the diffuser will be shortened. Avoid placing diffusers next to radiators to prolong scent release.
