Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us using the contact form.  We will always do our upmost to resolve any problems in the first instance.

We are able to accept returns of unopened and unused wax melts but are unable to offer free returns at this time due to us being a small business. Should you wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt, please provide us with proof of postage and we will reimburse you £2 of your postage costs upon receipt of the items.

We do not allow exchange or refunds on sample sachets, used or opened wax melts or if you dislike the chosen scent. Scent is subjective which is why we provide the option of sample sachets.
