DO YOU HAVE GIFTS FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS?

As of October 2023, we have released brand new wax melt gift boxes in a range of designs with customisable options, perfect for any special occasion! Our new reed diffusers come in their standard gift boxes and we have just recently released our Christmas themed boxes.

HOW LONG WILL MY MELTS LAST?

Due to our 10% fragrance (the maximum you can add to wax melts), a snap bar will typically last between 20 and 24 hours, although some customers have left feedback saying one snap bar lasted them a lot longer!  You can use one section multiple times before your scented wax melt begins to fade and you need to replace it. It goes without saying, the more you burn your melts, the quicker the scent will fade.

Scents are released slower with electric burners and quicker with oil burners operated by a tea light but will release scent for a shorter amount of time due to the extensive heat.

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM GIFT SETS?

Yes! There are a wide range of wax melt and reed diffuser gift boxes available to purchase immediately but if you have a special request, drop me a message using our contact form and I will be more than happy to try and accommodate. I have previously made special gift boxes for baby showers, birthday gifts and wedding favours!

HOW LONG WILL YOU TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?

With the exception of personalised made orders, Beau Wixx wax melt products are cured for over two weeks and stored. Wax melt and reed diffuser products will be dispatched within 1-2 business days if ordered before 2pm, Monday - Friday. Personalised orders may take up to 48 hours to lovingly create.

  • What is the price range for delivery?
    Postal prices are deemed by Royal Mail and range between £1.05 - £4.45 for our products and this is determined by weight and size. Most of our products are packaged to fit with ease through any letter box. There are a number of delivery options for each product including hand delivery in Maidstone and the surrounding areas for a fraction of the Royal Mail prices. Tips can be found on each of our product pages to ensure you are getting the most out of shipping prices.
  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
